  Collaborative efforts
     Many organizations have worked together to establish a budding arts district in Oil City. The Lyric Theatre will build upon this effort by developing events that compliment the activities of this district. The primary organizations leading the activities are the Oil City Arts Council, the Arts Revitalization Committee, and the Oil City Civic Center.
